All right, I'll admit, unless you were right there, the senior and junior ranks things is all gray. Allow me to clarify. (It should be noted that this is only a beta idea and is probably going to change.)

Senior members are defined as: "Members with higher priviliges and leadership qualities."

Junior members are defined as: "Members with low-end priviliges and little to no leadership qualities."

Now, according to our future system of hierarchy, or system of rank, there are going to be very few senior members and tons of junior members. Depending on what you do in the clan, that will determine whether you are junior or senior. To clarify, I mean, the people who do very important jobs that are critical to the success and progression to our clan are senior. Currently, the only people who are seniors are Beeny(leader), obviously, bloodsin87(co-leader), unsafermike2002(2nd co-leader), myself(website administrator and in charge of rules and rule enforcement also in charge of the future "investigators"), and Spoon(Co-website administrator and secretary, possibly also in charge of keeping track of clan matches). This is not in black and white and can be easily changed. Just because some will start out as junior members that doesn't mean that's what you stay forever. I am trying to allow the possiblity of promotion. But there's a lot of have to change yet. Hopefully, it will all work out. I hope this answers your question.

And, i also think there should be something in the middle. Like Sophomore members (wait doesnt junior come after?) But yeah.

No, there will only be senior and junior members. There isn't anything in between. In the unlikely event that there is an "in between" rank, I doubt there will be many spots.

and i think that it rele wuldnt be such a great idea to have a sophmore position(or w/e it is) it will create too much confusion for the clan

It's more because of the reason that I don't want people saying that they have recieved orders to do something when they haven't. The two ranks, senior and junior are enough.
