Well you go to the "User Details" page listed on the Navigation Bar on the top. then click that link

On the next page, it should say 'edit profile' at the top right corner. Click that

Go down to where it says 'Avatar'. There is a little drop box thing that has the options 'Choose from Library' and 'Specify a remote image'

Click choose from library, then the rest is pretty basic.

If you wanna take an image from your computer, upload an image to imageshack.com and copy the http:// address that it lists.
